RSVP for the Inter+Face opening reception!

*Members and Invited Guests-only Opening Reception*

The San Diego Museum of Man and the AjA Project invite you to the opening celebration of Inter+Face, a brand-new multimedia component of the recently expanded exhibit Race: Are We So Different?

Inter+Face features a series of self-portraits exploring identity and representation created through several workshops with teens from neighborhoods throughout San Diego.

Explore Inter+Face while enjoying refreshments and conversation with the artists and teen participants in the Museum on Thursday, September 8, from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Also, join us for a special community conversation taking place in the Museum’s Irving J. Gill Auditorium before the opening reception from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Artists, activists, and workshop participants will discuss race and representation in a conversation moderated by culture writer Alex Zaragoza.

Space for the community conversation and reception is limited. Both events are free, but RSVP is required.

Each Museum Member is entitled to a maximum of two tickets.
