Tower After Hours: Cuba

Celebrate Cuban dance, music, and food during the San Diego Museum of Man’s Tower After Hours™: Cuba, an ongoing series of cultural events celebrating San Diego’s multi-cultural diversity, on Thursday, June 30, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Submerge your senses in the delights of Cuban cuisine enhanced with exotic spices. Come and treat yourself and discover the mystery and intrigue behind this rich culture. You can groove to the tantalizing Latin rhythms of Dan Reagan and the Latin Jazz Quartet and be awed by the fascinating Omo Aché Afro-Cuban folkloric dance company. You will surely experience why Tower After Hours Cuba is the most celebrated cultural event in Balboa Park.
The Tower After Hours series at SDMoM is a place for San Diego’s diverse communities to showcase and share their rich cultural heritage through cuisine and performing arts.
Tickets: $10 members, $15 students and military, $20 non-members. Ticket price includes entrance to SDMoM, food, beverages, and cultural entertainment. Tickets are available on line at http://tahcuba.eventbrite.com. Families are welcome.
