Experience Tower After Hours™, an ongoing series of evening events celebrating San Diego’s unique and vibrant ethnic mix.
The San Diego Museum of Man, in collaboration with the Irish community of San Diego, invited guests to celebrate St. Patrick¹s day a wee bit early this year, on February 22, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., as we honored Ireland with a "taste" of all things Irish, including regional Irish cuisine and libations. Live traditional Irish music and dance were provided by dozens of Irish musicians and dancers who hold regular impromptu "sessions" at the many Irish pubs and restaurants around San Diego. We Irish call it a Céilí! Participants traveled to Ireland without leaving San Diego!

Proceeds from each Tower After Hours evening benefit Museum programs. The cost of Tower After Hours is $20 for general admission, $15 for students, and $10 for Museum members. Admission is for adults ages 21 and over only, and includes entrance and exhibits, traditional food tastings, two drink coupons for traditional drinks, and live entertainment and DJ! For reservations and information please call (619) 239-2001.

Céilí! was produced in collaboration with the Irish Congress of Southern California, The House of Ireland and the San Diego Irish community, and The Irish Shop.
