Explore the World of Anthropology!

The San Diego Museum of Man's Education Department offers engaging and stimulating experiences for children and adults. We are committed to promoting an understanding of the diverse cultures of the world, human biology, and human ecology through quality education programs.

We invite you to take advantage of our resources to explore the worlds of physical and cultural anthropology. 

	Journey to Discovery!  Click here to download only the registration form.	Download a catalog of our educational resources for 2009-2010. We host a wide range of guided and self-guided tours and workshops, available for school children and adults.
	Summer Camps 2010	Set your child up for success with scientific summer learning at the San Diego Museum of Man! You can also combine your child's camps with other great museums using the Balboa Park Camp Collaborative.
	Junior Docent and Volunteer Program	Kids can volunteer their time with the Museum as Junior Docents! Contact the Docent Coordinator for more information.
	Take your class to the Museum! Activities for Visiting Classes	Have you visited the Museum of Man this year? Contact the education department to schedule your visit.
	Additional Resources for Teachers	Enjoy resources such as the Children's Discovery Center, training workshops and stimulating lesson plans!
	College Student Passes	College students can receive passes for $7, which allow unlimited visits to the Museum galleries for one semester or quarter, depending on the institution's schedule of classes!
	Children's Discovery Center	Featuring "Discover Egypt", the Museum of Man's special interactive exhibit!
	Home School Scholars	Museum galleries will come alive with interactive programs taught by Museum educators and designed especially for home schooled families.

	Girl Scout Programs	Programs designed primarily for Brownies and Juniors (page in progress, check back soon!)
